Lockwood Ave., Ste. 202 in Webster Groves/St. Louis. Dr. Flanery is the Director of the Center, which is NOW OPEN! The services offered are based on the latest research on the assessment and treatment of eating disorders, obesity and related conditions. The following specialized services will be offered:

Assessment of eating disorders and obesity
- Comprehensive information is obtained from the individual and, as appropriate, from significant others, such as parents, spouses, and partners, using standardized instruments.
- At a second session, the information and diagnostic impressions are reviewed; individual treatment alternatives are discussed and a plan of action is suggested.

Randall C. Flanery, Ph.D.
Biography
Randall C. Flanery, Ph.D., earned his doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Wisconsin in Madison in 1983. He is an adjunct associate professor of Family Medicine at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Dr. Flanery has more than 25 years of experience treating anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and obesity. He also has a broad background in the treatment of a variety of childhood and adolescent conditions. He uses evidenced-based methods to help individuals achieve lifetime healthy weight management. Randy has authored publications on the treatment of eating disorders, obesity, and childhood health problems and has served as Director of Eating Disorders Programs and Child/Adolescent services. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, Academy of Eating Disorders, and the Society of Child Clinical Psychology. He is a past associate editor and current reviewer of PsyCritiques, an online journal of reviews. He is a frequent speaker to professional and public groups.
