Dr. Emily Slat received her medical degree and PhD from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. She also completed her psychiatry residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. She is board certified in Psychiatry since 2023.
Dr. Emily Slat specializes in treatment of eating disorders in children, adolescents and adults. She also treats psychiatric disorders that can be present in addition to eating disorders, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders. She works with a multidisciplinary team of providers to treat eating disorders and other psychiatric disorders in residential and partial hospitalization programs at McCallum Place.
