Warren received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and minored in Anthropology from Webster University. He received his Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Missouri Saint Louis. He has experience working with anxiety, grief/loss, and depression. He has worked around eating disorders prior to providing therapy as a behavioral health specialist since 2016. Warren believes that if you can create awareness you have the opportunity to create change. He comes with the understanding that there is a relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Warren utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach and incorporates other modalities as determined by client’s needs. Those include Solution Focused, Gestalt, Person Centered, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic therapy.
