Information Regarding Insurance at McCallum Place

McCallum Place is in network for many types of insurances and we are always working to add more insurance coverages. We have also had success with obtaining single case agreements (SCAs) with out-of-network companies. Contact us to find out what we can do with your insurance coverage.

For those clients who are out-of-network, some or all of the cost of treatment may still be covered by your insurance company. We will happily investigate your plan to determine to what extent you can utilize benefits.  Also, if you are out of network, McCallum Place will submit claims on your behalf to your insurance company so that you may receive reimbursement from your insurance company up to the limits of your insurance coverage.

We always attempt to pre-certify treatment with your insurance company. Almost all of our clients receive some level of reimbursement from their insurance companies, this varies widely by company and coverage type.

It is a good idea to consult your insurance company directly prior to admission to determine what level of insurance reimbursement you can expect. We also gladly do this!

TIP: We have found families that advocate for themselves with insurance companies have the best success in obtaining the coverage and length of stay they need.  Thus, we strongly recommend you get involved alongside us during this process. We, too, will do everything in our power to help you access your benefits to support your treatment and connect you with resources on how to advocate for treatment with your insurance provider.

Here are some providers we have worked with in the past:

  • BCBS
  • UBH
  • Aetna
  • Cigna
  • Humana
  • Mercy
  • MHNet
  • Health Alliance

Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid at this time.

Couldn’t thank McCallum enough for the help they provided me. The staff really cares about your well-being and walked with me through the hardest time of my life. This place saved my life! And being apart of the Victory Program was a privilege because of the knowledge I gained in my sport. I might not have said it while in treatment, but I’m so blessed to have been able to heal here.
