Our residential programs provide 24/7 care and support for individuals whose eating disorder behaviors have significantly impacted their quality of life and who have a primary eating disorder diagnosis, including:

• Binge-eating disorder
• Bulimia nervosa
• Anorexia nervosa
• Avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID)
• Purging disorder
• Night eating syndrome

At McCallum Place, we provide comprehensive outpatient care at our St. Louis, Missouri clinic. As part of our outpatient services, we offer a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults age 18 and older who are battling a range of eating disorders.  

We understand the challenges of living with an eating disorder, and we deliver focused outpatient care to help those who are suffering overcome obstacles and take strides toward recovery.  

Eating disorders commonly arise during adolescence. At McCallum Place we specialize in treating eating disorders in children, adolescents & teens. Our program is specifically developed for adolescents by child and adolescent board certified psychiatrists and family physicians. While in treatment, our young clients are under the care of those who specialize in the treatment of children and adolescents.

Choosing to heal with McCallum means gaining access to our world class staff. Highlights of our Residential Programs include:

• Weekly individual sessions with adult board certified psychiatrist
• Minimum of three individual sessions with an eating disorder therapist or psychologist
• Minimum of one session per week with a registered dietitian
• Minimum of one weekly exam with a board certified primary care physician
• Weekly treatment team meeting on your behalf (including psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist and dietician)
• Daily medical monitoring with registered nurses
